The 'Day of' Coordination
Day of Coordination packages are great for the couple that worked hard to plan their wedding themselves and would like to finally just ENJOY their wedding day. One of a Kind Weddings & Events has put together several different packages in order to better suit different needs that a couple may have.

The following is a list of just some of the services we can provide you on your wedding day.

  • Meetings leading up to the days and weeks before your wedding
  • Review of planning and wedding day details
  • Creation of detailed itineraries, time-lines, and checklists
  • Review of all vendor contracts to find anything that may have been overlooked and contact all vendors to confirm wedding details
  • Supervision of Rehearsal
  • Supervision of Ceremony Set-up
  • Supervision of Reception Set-up
  • Supervision of Wedding Day Photo Session  
  • Supervision of all Vendor Arrivals, Set-up and Departures
  • Decorations at Ceremony and Reception location set-up to agreed upon specifications
  • Instruction of attendees on their wedding duties
  • Handle remaining vendor payments & gratuities
  • Coordinate Gift Collection
  • Mediation between Bride, vendors and families
  • Setup of wedding items and party favors
  • Clean-up and retrieval of items at the reception

Price Schedule
Wedding Day Coordination is charged on a flat fee basis. Package pricing starts at $850 and up.  Your wedding is always discussed in further detail during the free initial meeting, at which point a more customized quote can be discussed.  All packages are based on weddings with a maximum of 250 guests, additional charges apply for weddings with more then 300 guests.
