Day of Coordination packages are great for the couple that worked hard to plan their wedding themselves and would like to finally just ENJOY their wedding day. Below are the package options available:
The Gold Package - $1200
The Gold Package includes the following services lead by an associate coordinator:
Before Wedding Day
- Meeting 1 month prior to wedding to review all vendor contracts and create wedding day timeline.
- Confirm timeline details with all vendors
- Attendance at Ceremony rehearsal to review flow of ceremony, processional and recessional
Day of Wedding
- Supervision and assistance of ceremony setup and teardown (décor and vendors eg: musicians, florist)
- Distribution and pinning of boutonnieres and corsages
- Coordinate and cue processional and recessional
- Supervision and assistance of family photo session
- Supervision and assistance of reception setup (décor and vendors eg: cake, dj, etc..)
- Setup of wedding items such as centerpieces, place cards, programs, favours, etc…
- Guest & seating management
- Coordinate vendor payments
- Coordinate receiving line
- Coordinate and cue grand entrance
- Coordinate gift collection
- Coordination of the evening reception program
- Coordinate and cue the MC, DJ/Entertainment, Photographer and Videographer
- Coordinate meal service alongside the Catering/Banquet Manager
- Clear and put away personal wedding items and organize bridal suite
- Assistance of second coordinator and use of emergency kit
Lead coordinator and second coordinator leave at 10pm. Dinner must be provided for both coordinators.
The Platinum Package - $2000
The Platinum Package includes the following services lead by Sonia Gonzalez, owner/senior coordinator:
Before Wedding Day
- Meeting 2 months prior to wedding to review all vendor contracts and create wedding day timeline.
- 1 additional meeting prior to wedding to review and finalize all final wedding day details
- Confirm timeline details with all vendors
- Attendance at Ceremony rehearsal to review flow of ceremony, processional and recessional
Day of Wedding
- Visit to Bride’s home to ensure everyone is on schedule
- Supervision and assistance of ceremony setup and teardown (décor and vendors eg: musicians, florist)
- Distribution and pinning of boutonnieres and corsages
- Coordinate and cue processional and recessional
- Supervision and assistance of family photo session
- Supervision and assistance of reception setup (décor and vendors eg: cake, dj, etc..)
- Setup of wedding items such as centerpieces, place cards, programs, favours, etc…
- Guest & seating management
- Coordinate vendor payments
- Coordinate receiving line
- Coordinate and cue grand entranc
- Coordinate gift collection
- Coordination of the evening reception program

Your wedding is always discussed in further detail during the free initial meeting, at which point a more customized quote can be discussed. All packages are based on weddings with a maximum of 250 guests, additional charges apply for weddings with more then 300 guests.
