2009 Client Satisfaction Survey - Results are in!!!!

After every wedding, I like to send an annonymous post wedding survey inwhich my clients can honestly rate the service of our team at One of a Kind Weddings. Here are the results of our 2009 client survey feedback:

1.     Website - 100% of our clients agreed that our website was easy to navigate, informative, and enjoyed our photo gallery

2.     Customer Service - 65% of our clients felt we exceeded their expectations when it came to our level of customer service.  They felt that our responses to emails and phone calls were delivered in a timely manner, all their questions were answered and we upheld a creative and comfortable showroom atmosphere.  35% of our clients felt that we met their expectations.

3.     Planning Service - Of all the clients that booked full or partial planning, 89% felt we exceeded their expectations when it came to package options and pricing, planning tools provided, advice and expertise, organization, vendor recommendations, capturing the wedding vision, and creating an enjoyable planning process.  11% of our clients felt we met their expectations.

4.     Day of Coordination – Of all the clients that booked our Day of Coordination service, 86% felt we exceeded their expectations when it came to package options and pricing, timelines and agendas created, valuable timeline advise, and timely vendor confirmations.  14% of our clients felt we met their expectations.

Venue Spotlight - Eglinton Grand

What can I say, the Eglinton Grand is one of my favourite venues in the city of Toronto.  It’s a historical landmark, with such unique qualities, not to mention they can only host one event a day which means yours is guaranteed to shine!! 

The staff are attentive and easy to work with. Neil, the head waiter is my absolutely favourite person to deal with on a wedding day :)  And my favourite thing of all and the reason why I love my job, this place has such charm and 1920’s essence yet you can create any theme or colour scheme for your wedding at this venue. 

Now it is obvious that being it is an old movie theatre converted into an event space, alot of people go with the whole movie or academy awards theme.  However keep in mind that with some coloured uplighting and the right choices for your flowers and decor, you can make this space work with colour schemes such as; romance: red, black, and silver  or  modern: purples, silver, and white   or  neutral: chocolate brown,  gold, and ivory. 

And the list can go on, however, here is the key, making the right decor choices!!!!  As a common practice with our clients, Shelley from Wedding Wows and I often like to go to the venue with our clients when we are finalizing details and want to make sure that the colour and decor choices are just right for the venue.  This will ensure that your wedding will shine and everyone will be WOWed by the look.

Reflections of a Great Year - 2009

WOW - what an amazing year!!!  With so many great brides and grooms, opening a new showroom space, meeting and working with great vendors, learning new great things at a conference in Las Vegas, being part of the National Bridal Show.  It’s no wonder 2009 flew right by!!!
